Plans to build new casinos in Paraguay doing well and so far, three people already purchased the bidding terms and conditions for bidding for several casinos distributed in the cities of Asunción (1), Central (7), Itapúa (1 ) and Alto Paraná (1), as reported by the head of the National Commission on Gambling (Conajzar), Patricia Marchewka.

It is expected that on 19 February this year, will open the envelopes with the offers from all interested in exploiting these casinos for the next five years.

Patricia Marchewka said that these licenses will be available, depending on what is required by law 1016, which is what establishes the legal regime for the exploitation of gambling.

The trademark law in Article 25 which granted the concession to operate casinos in Asunción and in the departments of Alto Paraná, Itapúa, Amambay, Cordillera, Central and Missions. It will only be possible to establish more than one casino in Asuncion and in cities with more than 250 thousand inhabitants.

In Asuncion, the new casino will be the second to be exploited and in the central department be auctioned additional casinos that additional licenses will be occupied by the extensions to the casinos to the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Each casino must make a minimum royalty of G. 400 million plus a 2% monthly% on monthly net income of the company.
